For best results, please update to Windows 10.īooth is Windows software and there is no Mac version. Microsoft has discontinued support of Windows 7 and 8, therefore Darkroom can no longer support these operating systems.
For best results with regular video, Slow Motion video and Burst mode we recommend Windows 10.

Older Operating Systems – Video related features are not supported in Windows 7. Breeze Booth for Windows is a highly configurable, yet simple to use photo booth application. This should be resolved soon but it will require updating to the latest version of Darkroom once it is released. If all that is available is Windows 11, all of our apps will run just fine however, you may need to connect your computer to the internet every 20 days instead of the normal 6 months due to changes in Windows 11. Booth will also work on tablets running Windows 10 but not Windows RT. For video related features an i5 or higher is recommended. If you want to use lots of advanced Booth features (big live views, live green screen, multiple/large graphics), and you want it snappy with high-frame rates, then we recommend at least an i3 Intel processor with 4 GB of RAM as the minimum. (Please note that the Nikon D3000 series cameras do not support tethering and therefore will not work with Booth or any other photo booth software.)
